Shipping & returns

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only, and delivery is free on every order. Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and usually arrive within 2–3 working days of dispatch. We'll email you when your order is on its way.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, let us know: you can cancel it and get a full refund.

Returns

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. For hygiene and safety reasons we can only accept returns of pouches that are unopened and still sealed.

To start a return, email hello@levelzenergy.co.uk with your order number. If you've changed your mind, you pay the return postage. If the item is faulty, damaged or wrong, we cover it.

Damaged or wrong item?

Email us as soon as you can, and within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo, and we will sort out a replacement or refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
